The Giant Revolt Advanced 3 is a composite gravel bike built for adaptable riding across changing gravel conditions. It uses an Advanced-grade composite frame and Advanced-grade composite fork with disc brake construction, 12mm thru-axles, internal cable routing, flip chip dropout adjustment, and down tube storage. The frame and fork save more than 160g compared to the previous model.

The updated geometry includes a lower bottom bracket, longer reach, and steeper head tube angle. A two-position flip chip on the rear dropout lets the wheelbase and tire clearance be adjusted. The short position supports quicker handling with tire clearance up to 45mm, while the long position increases tire clearance up to 53mm and adds stability at speed.

Shimano CUES components handle the 1×11 drivetrain, with Shimano CUES U6030 shifters, a Shimano CUES U6000 rear derailleur, a Shimano CS-LG400 11×50 cassette, and a Shimano FC-U6030-1 42t crankset. Shimano CUES U6030 hydraulic disc brakes use Giant MPH 160mm rotors front and rear for braking control on gravel rides.

The build uses Giant P-X2 alloy rims, Giant alloy 12mm thru-axle hubs, Sapim spokes, and Giant Crosscut Grip 700x45c tubeless tires. The D-Fuse handlebar and composite D-Fuse seatpost work with the dropped seatstay frame design to support control across rough gravel surfaces.
