No. Nuryadi Bikes does not store full credit card details on our website servers. Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

8. Where do you ship?

Nuryadi Bikes ships to Indonesia and selected international destinations. Our main international shipping destinations include the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Japan, and New Zealand.

We may also ship to other countries depending on courier availability, customs rules, product restrictions, and shipping cost confirmation.

9. How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping has a flat shipping rate of USD 90.00. Free shipping may be automatically applied to eligible orders of USD 500.00 or more, where available.

10. How long does shipping take?

International orders usually have an estimated transit time of 7–14 business days. Total estimated delivery time is usually 8–16 business days, including order processing.

Domestic orders within Indonesia are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on destination city and courier service.

11. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

12. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information, where available.

13. Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

14. Can I return an item?

Yes, eligible items may be returned if the return request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date and the item meets our return conditions.

Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, returned in original packaging, and in resalable condition after inspection.

15. How do I request a return?

Please do not send any item back without prior authorization from our team.

16. Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is caused by our confirmed error, such as an incorrect item shipped, damage on arrival, or a defective item, we will provide return instructions and cover the approved return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for another reason, such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or selecting the wrong size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

17. Are shipping charges refundable?

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an incorrect item shipped, an item damaged on arrival, a defective item, or another confirmed error by Nuryadi Bikes.

18. How long does a refund take?

Once the returned item is received, inspection may take up to 5 business days. If approved, the refund is typically processed within 5 business days after approval.

The time needed for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
