This policy explains how return requests are handled, when refunds may be issued, and which conditions apply to domestic and international orders.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be requested and approved in advance. Please do not send any item back without prior authorization from our team.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- The item is new, unused, and uninstalled.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and all included components.
- The item is in resalable condition after inspection.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Items that have been used, installed, altered, damaged, or modified after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging or with missing parts, accessories, or manuals.
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or special-order items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Wait for return approval and instructions before shipping the item back.
- Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If the Return Is Caused by Our Error
If the return is caused by an incorrect item shipped, damage on arrival, defective item, or another confirmed error by Nuryadi Bikes, we will provide return instructions and cover the approved return shipping cost.
If the Return Is Not Caused by Our Error
If the return is requested for any other reason, including change of mind, ordering the wrong item, selecting the wrong size, or providing incorrect order details, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For approved non-defective returns, a restocking fee may apply and will not exceed 10% of the product price.
Domestic and International Returns
Domestic Returns Indonesia
For domestic returns within Indonesia, customers should use a reliable and trackable courier service.
International Returns
For international returns, customers must use a trackable shipping method and are strongly advised to insure the shipment where appropriate.
Any customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or additional courier fees related to the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by our confirmed error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or issue. This helps us review the case and work with the shipping carrier or supplier where necessary.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
- Inspection time: Up to 5 business days after the item is received.
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- Refund processing time: If approved, the refund is typically processed within 5 business days after approval.
The time needed for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an incorrect item shipped, an item damaged on arrival, a defective item, or another confirmed error by Nuryadi Bikes.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
For international orders, a reshipping fee of USD 90.00 may apply.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where the shipment has already been dispatched, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check with your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider. Refund posting times may vary depending on the payment provider.
