Warranty Information
Warranty Information
At Nuryadi Bikes, we want customers to shop with confidence. Warranty coverage for bicycles, bike frames, components, and accessories may vary depending on the brand, product type, model year, region, registration status, and the manufacturer’s official warranty policy.
This page provides a general summary of warranty information for selected brands sold by Nuryadi Bikes. The final warranty decision, approval, repair, replacement, or rejection is determined by the manufacturer or authorized warranty provider.
General Warranty Conditions
Manufacturer warranty coverage usually applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Warranty coverage does not usually apply to damage caused by misuse, crashes, accidents, improper assembly, poor maintenance, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, corrosion, cosmetic damage, or use outside the product’s intended category.
To request warranty support, customers may be required to provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Product serial number or frame number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
- Maintenance records, where required by the manufacturer
- Original packaging or related product documentation, where applicable
Trek Warranty Summary
Trek warranty coverage may include lifetime coverage for framesets, main frames, and full-suspension swing arms for the lifetime of the original owner, depending on the product and applicable warranty policy.
Certain Trek parts, accessories, suspension linkage components, paint, transfers, and other items may have shorter warranty periods. Second or later owners may receive limited warranty coverage on eligible Trek frames and forks, subject to Trek’s official terms.
Trek warranty claims may require proof of purchase and may need to be handled through an authorized Trek retailer or distributor.
Specialized Warranty Summary
Specialized may provide lifetime warranty coverage to the original owner for structural defects in material or workmanship on eligible Specialized-branded frames and forks, if the bike, frameset, or eligible product is registered within the required registration period.
If the product is not registered within the required period, warranty coverage may be shorter. Other Specialized-branded products, paint, graphics, components, batteries, apparel, and third-party components may have different warranty terms.
Specialized warranty claims generally require proof of purchase and may need to be submitted through an authorized Specialized retailer or Specialized support channel.
SCOTT Warranty Summary
SCOTT warranty coverage may include manufacturer guarantee coverage for bicycle frames and rear ends for a specific period, subject to SCOTT’s official warranty conditions.
SCOTT warranty coverage may require product registration, proof of purchase, and regular maintenance according to SCOTT’s requirements. Some product categories, such as Category 5 bicycles, rigid forks, or selected components, may have shorter warranty periods.
SCOTT warranty claims may require inspection by an authorized SCOTT dealer or warranty service provider.
Santa Cruz Warranty Summary
Santa Cruz offers warranty coverage for eligible Santa Cruz frames and rigid forks against defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the frame or fork, available to the original owner.
Santa Cruz may also provide specific warranty coverage for paint, finishes, decals, pivot bearings, carbon handlebars, bottle cages, and Reserve carbon wheels, depending on the product and official warranty policy.
Santa Cruz warranty coverage does not usually cover normal wear and tear, labor costs, custom finishes, commercial use, unauthorized modification, crash damage, or use outside normal intended use.
Giant Warranty Summary
Giant warranty coverage may apply to eligible Giant bicycles and framesets purchased new and assembled according to Giant’s official requirements.
Giant may provide lifetime limited warranty coverage for eligible bicycle frames, with different warranty periods for rigid forks, downhill frames, Giant-branded components, paint, decals, e-bike batteries, electronic components, and other parts.
Giant warranty coverage may require product registration, proof of purchase, serial number, and inspection through an authorized Giant dealer or warranty service provider. Warranty terms may vary depending on region and product category.
Canyon Warranty Summary
Canyon warranty coverage may include a limited warranty and a separate manufacturer guarantee for eligible Canyon-engineered parts such as frames, forks, cockpits, and seatposts.
Canyon’s standard warranty and guarantee terms may differ depending on the country, product, ownership status, and official Canyon policy. Some Canyon guarantees may apply only to the original owner and may not transfer to second owners.
Third-party components installed on Canyon bikes may be covered by the warranty terms of the original component manufacturer.
Cannondale Warranty Summary
Cannondale warranty coverage may vary depending on model year and product category. For selected newer models, Cannondale may provide lifetime-of-product coverage for frames, swing arms, chainstays, seatstays, and certain full-suspension shock links, subject to Cannondale’s official warranty terms.
Cannondale paint, decals, Cannondale-branded components, suspension forks, electronic systems, shocks, and non-Cannondale components may have different warranty periods or may be covered by the original component manufacturer.
Cannondale warranty claims may require proof of purchase, product inspection, and handling through an authorized Cannondale retailer or official support channel.
Third-Party Components
Many bicycles include components from third-party manufacturers such as Shimano, SRAM, RockShox, FOX, DT Swiss, Maxxis, Schwalbe, Magura, Bosch, and other component brands. These components may be covered by the warranty policy of the original component manufacturer, not by the bicycle frame brand.
Warranty coverage for third-party components may vary by brand, product type, country, and manufacturer requirements.

Warranty Inspection and Decision
Submitting a warranty request does not guarantee approval. Warranty approval is subject to inspection and the manufacturer’s official warranty terms.
If the warranty claim is approved, the manufacturer may choose to repair, replace, or provide another solution at its discretion. Replacement products may vary in color, model year, specification, or availability.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
Shipping costs, return shipping, customs duties, import taxes, inspection fees, labor costs, or service charges related to warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer unless the manufacturer or Nuryadi Bikes confirms otherwise in writing.
Please do not ship any warranty item to us without prior written approval and return instructions.
