Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days only, from Monday to Friday.

  • Order cut-off time: 11:00 AM (GMT+7)
  • Handling time: 1–2 business days

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

International Orders

  • Estimated transit time: 7–14 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 8–16 business days, including order processing

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and product availability.

Domestic Orders Indonesia

Estimated delivery time for domestic orders within Indonesia is typically 2–5 business days, depending on the destination city and courier service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment is completed.

International Shipping

  • Flat shipping rate: USD 90.00
  • Free shipping: Automatically applied to eligible orders of USD 500.00 or more.

Domestic Shipping Indonesia

For domestic orders within Indonesia, available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on destination, product size, and courier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customs rules, duties, taxes, and clearance requirements vary by country. Nuryadi Bikes is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs documentation review, or unpaid import charges.

Delivery Delays

While we work to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather events, remote delivery areas, peak periods, or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

A shipment may be returned to us if:

  • The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • The customer refuses delivery
  • The shipment is not collected in time
  • The carrier is unable to complete delivery after reasonable attempts

If a package is returned for one of these reasons, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped. For international orders, a reshipping fee of USD 90.00 may apply.

Original shipping fees may be non-refundable where the shipment has already been dispatched, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

Please include your order number and, where applicable, clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage so we can review the issue with the shipping carrier.

Damage or missing item claims should be reported as soon as possible after delivery so we can assist you properly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee that shipping details can be changed after an order has been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier.
