It uses an Advanced-grade composite frame and Advanced-grade composite fork with disc brake construction, 12mm thru-axles, internal cable routing, and down tube storage. The frame and fork save more than 160g compared to the previous model.

The updated geometry includes a lower bottom bracket, longer reach, and steeper head tube angle. A two-position flip chip on the rear dropout lets the wheelbase and tire clearance be adjusted. The short position supports quicker handling with tire clearance up to 45mm, while the long position increases tire clearance up to 53mm and adds stability at speed.

Shimano GRX RX-820 components handle the 2×12 drivetrain, paired with a Shimano CS-HG710 11×36 cassette and Shimano GRX RX-820 31/48 crankset. Shimano GRX RX-820 hydraulic disc brakes use Shimano SM-RT70 160mm rotors front and rear for controlled braking on gravel rides.
