Giant Propel Advanced Pro DA Overview

The Giant Propel Advanced Pro DA is an aero road bike built around an Advanced-grade Composite frame with 12x142mm thru-axle disc construction. It pairs that frame with an Advanced SL-grade Composite fork using a full-composite OverDrive Aero steerer and 12x100mm thru-axle. The frameset is lighter than the previous generation, with greater torsional stiffness and pedaling stiffness.

The aero setup combines the AeroSystem frame with a Giant Contact SLR 0 Aero Integrated handlebar and stem. The Giant Vector composite seatpost uses a -5/+15mm offset and offers greater compliance compared to the previous generation. The fork and integrated cockpit are designed to absorb bumps and vibrations up front, while the frame supports tires up to 32mm.

Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 components handle shifting, with Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 ST-R9270 shifters, FD-R9250 front derailleur, and RD-R9250 rear derailleur. The drivetrain also includes a Shimano Dura-Ace CN-M9100 chain and Shimano Dura-Ace 36/52 crankset.

Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 hydraulic disc brakes use Shimano RT-CL900 rotors, with 160mm front and 140mm rear sizing. The Giant SLR 0 50 Carbon WheelSystem uses 50mm front and rear rims, Giant Aero hubs, a rear 40T ratchet driver, and Aero Carbon spokes.
